MainTrack is a branch of KEENTRONICS. KEENTRONICS was first established in 1989 in Melbourne, Victoria Provinece, Australia. Since than, have always developed products in the automotive field with extensive experience in the forklift industry. In 2013 MainTrack Austrlalia was established to manage fleet maintenance and tracking services.

Maintenance management software allows grouping of vehicles to be serviced by different service technicians. This simplifies access to a set of vehicles for each technician. The service interval can be reset at the vehicle by the service technician, or can be done through the website. Extra features are available at management level on the website for initialisation and diagnostics.

Communicates through jTrack fixed very low cost global network. No setup required, ready to use when purchased.

Product

MainTrack DUO is a cellular hour meter with built in GPS location. It's communication is through jTrack global SIM technology (jSIM) allowing the device to be used anywhere in the world with seamless transition across borders. The system includes an on-board gauge in a robust and easy to install waterproof enclosure.

The device can be installed to any 12V-48V internal combustion or electric vehicle or machine Very simple installation into the dashboard with one 40mm hole, power connections and 2 optional input/output connections One input connection to control hour counting (optional), and one output connection to disable the vehicle if required. The device automatically updates it's hour count information to the MainTrack website every hour or every time the vehicle is switched on. This website can be accessed on-line or through your mobile smart phone to view the service hours, total hours and battery voltage.

Web Server

Maintrack DUO provides tracking and vehicle usage information to a web server through jTrack global SIM technology (jSIM This information can be viewed via the internet or on a mobile phone. The server provides a mobile specific interface so that service technicians can keep up to date with the fleet requirements while on the road. The following features are available from the server:

  • View the vehicles location.
  • View the total hours of service.
  • View the hours until next service is due.
  • View the vehicles battery level.
  • All of these indicators can be graphed historically.
  • Reset the service hours to the default interval.
  • Receive alerts of vehicles due for service by email and SMS.
  • Multiple alerts can be set up at different stages of overdue service.
  • Disable the vehicle in the event of safety risk when serious maintenance is required.
  • Disable/Enable forklift's starter (if rent has not been paid)
  • Receive alerts by email and SMS if vehicle is moved outside a Geofence.
